RETURN POLICY

Managing your returns 

If you wish to return a garment, go to the contact page on our site and fill in all the information that is needed. Also include the fault or reason for wanting to return the garment, as well as including the order number that is displayed on the invoice, the item info and the reason for wanting to return the garment to us. 

What to do (Refund)

For a refund of a garment please include the reason for wanting the refund as well as including the information that is spoke about in the "MANAGING YOUR RETURNS" section, so that we are able to understand why you are requesting the refund of the garment. 

Once we receive the email of your request, we will send a returns form so that you are able to return the item back to us. With this you will need to include the returns form as well as the original invoice that come with the garment.

What to do (Exchange)

If you wish to exchange a garment due to ordering the wrong size, go to the contact us page of the website to include all information that is needed. From this you will then receive an email with a returns form.

You will need to include the returns form as well as including the invoice that was sent with the garment.

When sending back the garment make sure that it is in its original condition. If the garment appears to be damaged or worn this may void the exchange process. 

What to do (Faulty)

If you receive a faulty garment, please get in contact with us using the contact page on the site and include all information that is needed. E.g. order number and details about the fault of the item.

After we receive the email about the fault we will include a returns form that you will need to send with the original invoice.

Return period

If you are not happy or satisfied with the garment , you are able to return the item within 20 days of the invoice for a full refund or exchange. 

Refund period 

Once we have received the garment back the refund will take up to 10 working days. We will refund back to the PayPal account used or the card that was used to make the purchase. 

Who will pay for returns and exchanges

PLEASE NOTE ! when sending a return or exchange of a garment, the payment of the return is the customers responsibility.

Return Address 

You will find the return address included in the email along with the returns form that you are able to download.
